Anti-corruption Expert, Transparency International Anticorruption Center NGO-Armenia.

Mr. Harutyunyan is Anti-corruption Expert and Legal Researcher (University of Zurich) from Armenia who is co-author of 3 fundamental research studies on corruption and Good Governance in Armenia. He is the main author of the “National Integrity System Assessment. Armenia.2014”, a fundamental study-report, where are analyzed law and practice of 13 state and non-state institutions of Armenia (Legislature, Executive, Judiciary, Political Parties, Law Enforcement and etc.).

He has authored (co-authored) almost 20 research studies on different issues pertaining to corruption and Good Governance.  Currently, he is the Lead Researcher for the project “Assessment of law and practice of private donations to political parties in Armenia” implemented by TI Armenia and Konrad Adenauer Foundation.  Besides, he is one of the co-authors of the Concept Paper on the Strategy to fight corruption in the Public Service of the Republic of Armenia: a document which was passed as Governmental Decree in April, 2014. He has experience of working with both public and private sectors.
